Notes

Daryl Bamonte recalled in 2006:

"I can remember Dave coming to my flat in Basildon just before we went to the USA in March 1985 and saying that the Hollywood Palladium had sold out, so the promoter was booking an additional show "at some place called Irvine Meadows", and I couldn't believe it when we got there a few weeks later, a 15,000 capacity outdoor arena."

Dave Gahan told The Guardian:

"[T]here was a phase, and one particular venue in Los Angeles, the Palladium, where people would just throw shoes on stage. I don’t know what that was all about."

Book Of Love was the support act. The show was introduced by Ramondo and The Blade (Raymond Banister and Richard Blade) from KROQ.

Please note that any source labeled as being from this date is a mislabel; the recording are actually from the Westwood One syndicated FM broadcasts of the 1984-11-30 St. Jacobs Sporthalle, Basel, Switzerland concert. All circulating copies of these broadcasts have mediocre sound quality and speed issues. According to the Discogs page, this concert was originally broadcast as a double bill with a band called Katrina and the Waves between August 1 and August 4, 1985.

It has most recently been mislabeled as 1985-04-01 San Diego on DIME. The track listing includes the intro, "Something To Do", "Two Minute Warning", "People Are People", "Leave In Silence", "Lie To Me", "New Life", "Shame", Somebody", "Master And Servant" and "Just Can't Get Enough".
