There was no support act. Daryl Bamonte states: "I do recall that we had some technical issues with Depeche Mode at the first show in Japan July 1986 so The Blah Brothers couldn't play [that night]."[1]
It would also seem that "Christmas Island" was not played at this concert, as based on the recording below, the concert appears to begin with the slowed-down motorbike introduction for Black Celebration. This may relate to the technical issues Daryl mentioned.
