A very good sounding FM broadcast. This is a speed-corrected rip from the 2x silver CD bootleg "Performance"<ref name="Performance">[http://www.discogs.com/Depeche-Mode-Performance/release/1079942 Discogs - "Depeche Mode - Performance"]</ref>, which is sourced from a master tape of the original Swiss DRS3 radio broadcast. It is missing the intro, but is otherwise complete. It has poor dynamic range and may sound rather muffled, likely because the "NoNOISE" noise-reduction system by Sonic Solutions, USA was used. There are watermarks throughout the broadcast. High-resolution and cleaned-up scans of all of the artwork are also included in the torrent and are available below as well. There are a couple other bootlegs of this FM broadcast:
This concert was broadcast by Swiss radio station DRS3 in its entirety except for the instrumental intro. Westwood One also recorded this concert and CD and LP versions exist; both have fake crowd noise and poorly edited intros for some songs to account for commercials interspersed between tracks. However, the Westwood One recordings arguably have the best sound out of any recording.

If burning the recording to 2xCD-R, the split is between [[Ice Machine]] and [[Lie To Me]] - in other words, CD2 will start with [[Lie To Me]].

Notes

This concert was broadcast by Swiss radio station DRS3 in its entirety except for the instrumental intro. Westwood One also recorded this concert and CD and LP versions exist; both have fake crowd noise and poorly edited intros for some songs to account for commercials interspersed between tracks. However, the Westwood One recordings arguably have the best sound out of any recording.

There are a couple other bootlegs of this FM broadcast:
  • "Badlands"[1][2] - sourced from a Westwood One promotional pre-FM CD; this CD has commercials interspersed throughout the recording, fake crowd noise at the beginnings of songs, and some songs' beginnings poorly edited to account for the commercials
